Setting Up Self-Pay Rates

After your initial provider requests activation, we will send out an implementation worksheet to gain more information about your practice.  This also includes a section to indicate your self-pay rates.


Self-pay rates can be customized, so please indicate these requests on your implementation worksheet.  Typical self-pay rates are in the $40 - $50 range.

Once we receive your implementation worksheet back, we will load these self-pay rates for you.  All rates indicated on your implementation worksheet will be available for your provider to select from at the end of each appointment.

You are able to update your self-pay rates at anytime through or the sidebar. To do so: 

1- Click Welcome menu

2- Click Practice Settings

3- Click Rates
